Is it too early to consider Core Ultra pre build as replacement for returned 13th Gen.
As much as I enjoy HP Omen build standards which ooze quality, I'm considering Scan u.k. this time.
Intel Core Ultra 7 265K
32gb (2x16) 5600 ddr5
2tb pcie-4 ssd
16gb 4070ti Super

What's stopping order being placed is NVidia50xxx gpu's from next year.
I don't mind Mediocre Core Ultra reviews.
That RAM speed seems slow for Core Ultra, shouldn't it be at least 7000?

For GPU I would either wait on 50-series or get a 4080 Super or 4090. Even with the 50 Series I'd still look at getting the 5080 or 5090, unless they do something crazy like give the 5080 50% of the CUDA cores of the 5090, in which case the 5090 would be the only viable solution until a 5080 Super or TI is released.

Thanks I did use Scan Custom Builder earlier to add faster Ram Smarter Case+Cables, though limited budget 2k rather than 3k.
I wonder if I continue with earlier pre build as I considered 16gb vram could help push 4k resolutions.
I enjoyed 4070ti 12gb. 16gb version could be enough to let 50xx craze pass next year until upgrade time.

4080 Super would be a better holdover in my opinion. You be able to hold out for the Super or TI variant.

Re considering AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3d Inc rtx 4070 ti 16gb
32 DDR 5 -6000(oc) Is this overclocked from lower speeds.
B650 -This seems ages that B650's have been available?
2tb ssd
750 psu.

FPS this seems to be decent choice and better budget wise.

Base RAM speeds are 5400/5600. Anything over that is considered over clocking (don't worry about that though)

Good luck finding a 9800x3d right now. Everywhere seems sold out.

This is ETA 4-6 DAYS

Thanks any reason Not to Purchase AMD.
Only slight concern is Zero reference to RGB Ram/Cooler, guess this could be 2025 upgrade option.
If I order than I'm saying No to Blackwell next year.

Placing order for Intel pre build albeit Lower fps.... Led Lighting Included!
4k example though HD resolutions are quite Higher fps.

Think it could be 4k High Settings for most games, hopefully.

Thanks

Scan u.k. Is it too soon to purchase 265k 4070 ti via Paypal Credit

My patience is 99% gone, 13th gen similar spec pc/gpu has been returned for some time.
Starting to view some almost decent 265 k reviews, I don't need highest FPS.
I'de' like to purchase 265k 32gb ddr5 rtx4070ti 16gb via Scan 45@48mths or 61@36mths.
This includes 2x 8K Cert HDMI Cable s to hold stable 4K/1440.via Oled.
Pre built 2.2k
Is it correct to think Blackwell Series gpu's are going to be 1. More expensive pc 2. Mid /Late '25
t.i.a!

What was wrong with the last one?

No I mean the scan u.k you said you ordered a month ago
I didn't place Scan order I had intended to order via Cyberpower though didn't when I read Blackwell is Imminent
Which could mean early to mid even late '25
I've decided to hold off to 7th Jan anyway.
If there's 4k fps even slight bump then I'll prob order if it's affordable.

Affordable definitely doesn’t seem to be on the table from the current rumours so don’t hold your breath on that

Quite possibly affordable after this mornings Nvidia event.
I guess. over next few months hopefully pre build 5070ti's are possible.
Requested 5080/5070ti updates.

Such criticism from Blackwell yet fine for a few games etc
Maybe some upgrades over year, I ordered 16gb in error 2x8ddr5 yet 2 slots only, prob ditch for 2x16.

Watch temps, that’s a small aio for an Intel cpu. I personally would have chosen a mid size case with a full atx board for better future upgrades

Lost gpu yesterday 5070ti isn't taking April 576.02 Driver.
Manually reloaded March 572.83
I'm 2 Drivers behind.
No concerns from Temps since start up Eclipse Micro Cube looks to allow lots of Airflow space.

There are a lot of folks on Reddit that seemed to have to install the driver twice. I guess the first install black screens.

Excellent NVidia forums guided clean Driver Install.
Prob more steps than expected day 3 though fixed from step 1 which is fine.

thanks

Is stable 45c standard...

thats your gpu temps, im talking about your cpu temps when under load. The 265k has a max tdp of 250w under boost clocks, it's a hot cpu and thats a very small aio. Run something like Cinebench on it and monitor the temps with something like hardware monitor. Im guessing its going to throttle under load, its got the same top as my 13700k chip, its a hot chip
