Here's the really bad thing. Next year is going to be an S year so all of those people stating a big redesign is coming are going to be waiting until 2021. It will be the exact same thing next year with some S upgrades.

Apple is following a 3 year cycle now. They may just skip to 12.

Man, I've been rockin' my 7 for years now. It might be time to upgrade, even though it sounds like next year's will be much more interesting. But, I can't keep a charge and it might just be too long in the tooth to try and push another year!

Maybe just replace the battery? Then sell the 7 next year and you might even get more for it since the battery is only 1 year old at that point.

One thing I noticed, they don't show the actual products anymore, it's all flashy ad type videos. Its sad they cant find someone who isnt as boring as watching grass grow to present. I also think the more the tech matures there will be less oh wow moments especially when they feel the need to update every year.
