No, a hospital doesn't need an MRI scanner for every patient that comes through the door.

TCO costs make this a non-starter. Count up how many would be needed in a hospital
And every patient doesn't have a watch, all the watch does is recive its information from a cardiac monitor.
 
I'll buy the iPad pro if it implements a regular stylus (not the work arounds currently on the market) that has pressure feedback that rivals, if not overcomes, WACOM tablets.
