I still will not get an iWatch until it is able to function on its own untethered from the iPhone and has a battery life of 24-72 hours. I'm a nurse, have been for 20 years, and know there is no way the hospitals I work in will implement the watch in its current iteration although it is a nice glance at possibilities of the future.
