OMG. How does me being from a different country have anything to do with understanding the stock market? Or did I miss something and are Americans the only ones truly understanding the stock market? Are you for real?

For your information. The Netherlands is among one of the main and oldest stock markets in Europe (and with that, the Earth). The first listed company ever on THIS PLANET was Dutch.

My portfolio is spread 75% US / 25% Europe. And I do know that basing a stock retainment or selling decision based on my personal feelings about what I would have liked to see in a consumer keynote is dumb as hell.
A lot of the stock market is based on feelings, or confidence if you want to call it that. A LOT. Same for the housing markets and many other things.

So, when you do all of this, your finger will in the way the whole time no?

I dunno, I feel like this is trying to innovate where it is not needed.

So they really don't need a home button any more. Glad to see there is a path to these and removing the bezels finally.

I've used force touch on the watch/macbook, it's honestly not.

For you. For others, learning the difference between touch, swipe, long touch, force touch. and when/where these features are available within the app can start to get complicated. If you think otherwise, you've never had to explain how to do basic functions to a parent or those that aren't savvy.

"I didn't even know my phone could do that." or "How come I can't x, y or z" or "I accidentally pressed something and now I can't get this icon off, or x, y z"

okay apple...you're starting to piss me off. Basic foundation iOS is to make things SIMPLE...not COMPLICATING THINGS with all those fancy features. If you want to imply it correctly...do it so grandmothers could easily do it.
