Sucks will be driving when the event starts..hopefully the iphone is announced until after 7

Dear MacRumours, I will be watching but not with the same anticipation, excitement or delight this year. You ruined it all by publishing everything from the stolen firmware. No delight this year - unless Apple has a surprise or two that you guys didn't ruin. Pressing delete for the MacRumours link in my bookmarks now.
Ahem:

Mac.

RUMORS.

You may prefer Apple.com for your iPhone information.

What are the chances of iOS 11 being released today?

Probably not the smartest thing to install before the first update, however I'm really looking forward to this one and I'm prepared to deal with some bugs.

Marc Newson is there. Not sure if we read anything into that...

You do likely possess the ability to avoid headlines and online media. Like any event, the leaks only tell part of the story, so I am sure there will be some items that the leaked information missed.

And even with some of these leaks, we don't the validity behind them to be entirely accurate, which they could be proven otherwise on stage. I know this happened last year with some leaks last year and Apple debunked them during the presentation with something entirely different. Sometimes it's just a matter of what you believe.

Writing this post on MacRumors is like commenting on heavy-r that the girls are not wearing enough clothing in their videos.

MacRumors publishing rumors & leaks upsets you? Then you're definitely at the wrong site.

No as the GM comes next. IOS 11 will be 22nd

No, I think it will be like the 2015 iPhone keynote where Mark Gurman leaked everything in advance and there were no surprises.
Which wasn’t true in that case. There were items that came out in the keynote that he didn’t know about.

It all comes down to how close Apple held their cards, and how correct the leaks are.

Regardless of leaks, I still like seeing the details.

Even knowing what the iPhone 4 looked like years ago (even further back), still left a LOT of details.

Apple's first-ever event at the Steve Jobs Theater begins at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time, where it is widely expected to unveil the iPhone X, a new Apple TV with 4K video, and Apple Watch Series 3 models with LTE connectivity.

We should also be hearing final details and the official release date for iOS 11, and likely macOS High Sierra, watchOS 4, and tvOS 11 as well. And, of course, there may be plenty of other announcements and surprises in the cards.

Apple is providing a live video stream on its website and via the Apple Events app on Apple TV. We've shared instructions on how to watch along with a list of when the keynote starts in time zones around the world.

In addition to Apple's video stream, we will be updating this article with live blog coverage--no need to refresh--and issuing Twitter updates through our @MacRumorsLive account as the keynote unfolds.

Highlights from the event and separate news stories regarding today's announcements will go out through our @MacRumors account.

Apple's online store is currently down in advance of the event. It should be accessible again shortly after the keynote.
