Yes, it appears to be a iPhone 4S feature only.

Looks like it will need an internet connection (since Apple said they will be adding services to it over time). I could still be wrong though.

My money says its a WiFi-only feature.

Should I upgrade now or wait for iPhone5?

S for SUCKS!

Not taking this personally like other folks here, but yea, I was expecting more. Hanging on to my 3Gs, unlocking it and moving to T-Mobile prepaid.

Simple question about new Nano - Watch vs. sleep

A lot of talk about using the older nano as a watch suggested that it was kind of impractical, because you couldn't tell the Nano to leave the watch face "on" when it went to sleep.

Does anyone know if that's been addressed?

What, no Canadian English?! Will it be confused by "out and about"? :D

bought aapl at 100ish because i thought they were innovating seriously. Sold it at 220ish. Now, this is investing on the prospect of the company's possible expansion. Why on earth should I now invest in a company that totally topped itself and doesn't innovate anymore? This is catching up, not innovating. It's becoming more and more obvious that apple will lose the android competition in a few years. But then again, you are a professional trader, so you know better.

You're right this is catching up, but investors are more concerned with Job's leaving. Thats when i sold off my 405 shares lol.

Phones are not supposed to be made of glass that is just a stupid design, the iphone is more about being flashy and pretty than practical. Everyone knows at least one or two people that needed to get their glass replaced on an iphone. And apple claims oh its super strong, yeah its so strong its fragile as glass.

Why would you ever make the back of the phone, you know the part you are always setting the phone down on made of glass? That is just asking for trouble

If my pre-teen kids can keep from breaking it, then a reasonable adult should be able to keep it from breaking.

Tbh, Siri seems incredible. I so would not use that in a cafe or walking on a crowded street, but still, it seems incredible. I'll be talking to a phone a lot when I'm at home alone it seems. Hahaha

There was an app that I can remember that was like Siri, like 'say take me home' then it spoke back to you - can you remember what's it's called?
