Buy an iPhone... sign up to medical research... hmmm no thanks. I hope it's not mandatory for your health information to be sent for research?

I wonder if HealthKit will allow an app to be created that will measure my level of contempt for medical research apps.

I think ResearchKit plays nicely into the Watch's capabilities. I wonder if Apple sees universities buying up the $349 Sport to use for medical research.

Live Coverage of Apple's March 2015 'Spring Forward' Event

I think it's really just filler that they're putting in here.

However, this is an interesting new API

This keynote sucks! Who cares about better medical research, I want what I want NOW!

You should all be ashamed. This isn't some data tracking for the NSA. It's opening up the power of iOS devices for those who want to better medical research. It's a choice to download said apps....

Damn , wanted a new ATV, just a HBO package is lame, no doubt US only

No new Apple TV? That is the most disappointing thing I'll hear today.

Amen to that. I keep waiting for a refresh so I can finally get one. After 3 years, all we get is a $30 price drop. I would much rather spend the full $100 and get an updated processor like the A6 or A7.

Wow, the stream is fine, but what I'm seeing is a joke so far.

The dinosaur AppleTV model now reached the price of what it had been discounted to pretty often now anyways. (granted, not directly from Apple)

HBO, nice for US customers, but actually more of a HBO announcement.

If you live in the U.S., look up HIPPA. It protects most medical information.

sigh so asthma app only for the US...

Really would be into this for my son, here in the backwaters of the UK...
