Super exciting stuff - we are most certainly ready for further announcements (and me too personally).

Just incase anybody is interested, feel free to join the #macrumors IRC channel in my signature below. Loads of chatter regarding the Apple Watch

The front page of apple.com is a live blog. Did they do that for the iPad event last year? Might signal how Apple is treating this event in terms of importance.

Yes, they did the same last time Apple Watch was showed/showen/wtf?

I sure I'm not alone in thinking the Samsung actually looks cooler than the aWatch

i'd have to agree. looks like that thing has heavy metal playing in the background. the aWatch is listening to elton john.

Pretty slick looking. It's about time they did this!

The post count sure is clocking up; it's nearly time to start watching...

Yeah I know they did it at the iPhone event. Can't remember if they did the same at the iPad event. So not sure if this is the norm now or only for what they consider big events.

I've got my fingers crossed for a super silent release of an Apple 4k Thunderbolt display. :D

I'd be very surprised if there were anything but the Watch.
Slowly intone this mantra until 10am:

The Watch only.
Only the Watch.

The Watch only.
Only the Watch.

Classic Eddy :p

he must go to bed at my grandparent's time unless he isn't sleeping healthy

I wonder what time he normally goes to sleep. Up at 4:30 isn't bad if you're down by 9. After 10:30 (less than 6 hours of sleep) and it'll start taking a slight toll. It's less than 4 hours of sleep per night on a regular basis where things get really bad, in my experience.

There was an article here a few days ago that talked about his Apple Watch habits, and it gave a glimpse to his sleep schedule. I don't remember if that was the point of the article, but that's what stood out to me, lol.

It mentioned a normal 4-430am wake up time to catch up on email, and mentally prepare for what's in store for the day. Then at around 530-6 he works out. Then he heads to the office. He also mentioned not being able to watch a lot of night time shows live because he sleeps at around 930-1030.

Those times are just rough estimates from what I remember in the article.
