The reason I'm placing a bet on a new Apple TV is because during the last event Tim subtlety mentioned how he controls his Apple TV with his new Apple Watch.

I think the fact that both HBO and CBS announced streaming without cable subscription yesterday points to higher probability of an announcement today as well.
