I'm somewhat surprised that there were no leaks late last night or early this morning. Usually there is something substantial.
We all made fun of Tim regarding his "double down on secrecy" comments, but we know absolutely nothing about the wearable. I'd say he succeeded.
How do PC users watch this :/
Luminaries from a wide range of industries are in attendance, including Rupert Murdoch, Vogue's Anna Wintour, Dr. Oz and many more.
Still 1000 inches too small for Frank.
Just realized today is California's Bday. Sept 9, 1850. 164 years old.
How nice to hold an event for a California grown product on California's Bday.
Well played Apple.
I hope for Tim Cooks' sake that whatever they release today lives up to the hype that Apple has chosen to create. If not, it's all on Apple for raising expectations this far. Usually, it's on us (or at least me) for having too high of expectations. Not today, this is on Apple. I hope he nails it. I really do.

While we're waiting, there's a MacWorld article that's always relevant whenever Apple brings out a new product category. Read it, and inoculate yourselves the impending rage in your hearts when the iWatch is not perfect.
There will be a LOT of complaining and nitpicking, bank on it. People won't appreciate whatever it is until it's in their hands and they're actually using it. Until then all we'll have to go on is raw specs and raw specs have never been what Apple products are about.
One more thing.......Steve is back!
It'll work on Windows!
Mac's have QuickTime already installed, all you need to do is download the Windows' version of QuickTime.
I am obsessed with 1's, 11:11 is always my favorite time of the day. Couldn't resist this screen shot!

How do I disable text messages from @macrumorslive (from phone number 404-04) for the live event?
I enabled this years ago to follow Apple Live Events in my iPhone, and now I can't seem to find the instructions to disable it. Can anyone help me out?
Warmest regards, Matt
