It's not trolling, these are pretty "last year" products, nothing of great interest at all and I've had iPhones since the 3G and upgraded each year, my contract's up now and I'm going to see what the best Android can offer is before I mindlessly get the 6. First keynote where I've been disappointed with everything.

I'm still laughing at the "our designers even put the power switch on the side", just like the Nexus 5 and probably a dozen other phones. Honestly, that seems like a real barrel scraping type comment and is one of the many I have been able to pick out on my shabby stream broadcast.

I want to know if I can just take this watch and go on a run. I don't like to carry my iphone in my pocket when I run.

1.) Have you noticed that many people have stopped wearing their watches? 10 years ago, almost everyone in business wore one. Nowadays they're almost non-existent on people under 40.

In hospitals, as a doctor, they are now against infection control policy.

It is now mandatory to wear short sleeves (or long sleeves rolled up) and no watches, or else face disciplinary action. This is standard throughout the NHS in the UK. So no doctors or nurses or any other healthcare workers will be buying this watch.

Most keynotes are people going "Meh, more of the same" or "That's just like last year". This is an entirely new product category for Apple, like the iPod, and people seem to hate it.

Of course people hated the iPod too, when it was announced, so...

But it's different when it's genuine. I'm in the market for a new phone and a truly advanced smartwatch, but both of these devices haven't got me excited enough to buy them. I'm not seeing a lot of excitement for them either, including my Apple developer friends.

You're being ridiculous:

After seeing the new iPhone 6 feature list, this is the first time since the very first iPhone was released that I most likely will NOT be staying with Apple iPhone.

As much as I hate to say it, and as much as I've enjoyed my iTunes library of music, there is no reason to continue staying with Apple when other manufacturers like Samsung are releasing smart phones that have already matured their feature set that Apple is just now releasing.

Give me an iPhone that somehow allows me to dock it into a monitor, keyboard, and mouse so that I can use it like a computer.

What??

Make the iPhone 'learn' what apps I use the most and move them to the first screen.

Are you so lazy you can't do that yourself?

Get rid of the headphone jack and give me bluetooth stereo headphones WITH the iPhone purchase.

Which phone doesn't have a headphone jack??

Seriously people? The AppleWatch is the most exciting thing they have come out with since original iPhone. This thing blows me away, exceeds my expectations by 10x. How do you not like this? Incredible. Take my money now.

The fitness features of the watch are sweet but the device is way top big for serious activity. Plus, what happens when you smack the face against workout equipment or the ground? Will the screen crack? In a day and age where the trend is to go smaller Apple failed by going larger on their watch.

Good grief those fitness video examples make the watch look huge. Just like the large shirt collars of the 1970s.

I wonder how many new people(trolls) registered Macrumors in the last 40 minutes just to bash the new apple products... (paying samsung trolls perhaps)??

"It's amazing what you can do with your wrist"

Millions of teenage boys would testify to this ......

And it doesn't require an iWatch ;) :p

Am I the only one who thinks it ironic Apple releases it's biggest screen iPhones, and then expects us to integrate with the apps on it through the medium of a 1.5" screen ?

This event is so sad. By far the worst Apple event I've watched to be honest. Last year's products with fancy marketing around it. :(

Says it needs the iPhone... but not which model. ie. does it work with a 5S?

Like the idea of having it as a viewfinder screen for the iphone camera.

[Edit: he's just said 5S]
