Eddy, there's a reason that we don't want some Apps updated. . .please tell me there's an option to say no to auto-update.

Of course you're nervous...all the bashing posts scream insecurity. if you're not nervous, then what exactly is the point of bashing it? it seems you're not going to use it, so why bash it?

Maybe because he's a long time Apple user tired of the "more of the same, even though it should have been an included function from the start" attitude Apple takes.
 
Aside from widgets (for those that want widgets) is there much this is missing?

Lol, because Steve Jobs had nothing to do with any of this?

Even I have some of my plans for the year ahead, you do not think Steve was part of all of this? I can guarantee you he had a HUGE role in all of this.
 
Sorry but the new iOS stuff looks like a joke to me. It looks Pokemon or something. After all these years the look of OSX still is miles more beautiful than anything else in computing and digital interfaces. It's so classy, pure, gorgeous. Then, just like this, they throw it all away? Those icons look almost terrible. Like something I would throw together in a few seconds on Illustrator purely for representational purposes.

I hate to say it, but I'm quite confident Jobs would have told them to put this stuff where the sun don't shine. I swear my favorite company is headed straight toward being the next Sony. The good news, I guess, is that no one else is any better. But the Apple of 2000-2010 is history.
 
Think people will need some time yet to digest this. It's such a big shift, it's difficult to pinpoint where the letdowns are.

because apple is trying to pull off these new features of ios7 as some type of innovation and it's not. my galaxy s2 had most of the features ios7 has and it's a 2 year old phone.

i think it is shame apple was the one to follow and now they are straight up clones.

it's not hate. it's disappointment.
 
if it is not optionally, be ware of your carrier traffic of your internet...lots of $$$ if you
 
Did they announce any new iOS devices yet? What is the device they keep showing in the pictures?
