Seriously? It's a free upgrade, why wouldn't you? Get off your high horse it looks great.

Why would you upgrade just because its free? Not commenting one way or the other about this update, but if the old version does everything you need and just works and there's nothing in the new version that looks useful, why in the world would you upgrade?

There's always the possibility of new bugs or something new will break a feature/program that's important to you. If there's a compelling reason to update, it's worth the effort and risk. But if there's no reason to upgrade, then upgrading is just stupid.
