It's cool that Apple is bringing out women speakers, but they need to still be careful about who they choose to speak. That first woman speaker who talked about ApplePay, I somehow found unpleasant. Didn't smile, her voice was kinda irritating, and her presentation sounded so rehearsed and robotic. I liked the second woman speaker who introduced Apple News. She seemed much more casual, friendly, and genuinely excited about News. Which makes me excited for it, even though it just looks like a Flipboard update.

Where are all these females popping up from? Is this Apple's attempt to appease the feminists?
They are there because Apple decided they will be there. They said they don't have enough women, that Apple was at fault for doing this and they are going to change.

I think that is total BS because it would be based on Apple previously not putting the correct people in place. They want us to believe that they actively had a system that was discriminating and exclusionary to women. Apple... Apple did this? They expect us to believe that.

It's a very condescending position Apple is taking. Apple decided women will be present so now they are. They weren't there two years ago, they weren't there one month ago. They are here now because Apple says so. I would never want to participate where I was raised up to a level because of my gender, I would want to compete in the same selection process that got Craig, Phil or Tim where they are at now, not one that says you fit our diversity narrative so go get on the stage.

I wouldn't care if it was an all female presentation, but it needs to be so because each and everyone one of them got there though a gender and race blind system.

Real diversity is an issue of character, not a metric based on gender, race or skin color.

What I like about this conference is that is really ''solidifying'' in terms of the current devices. Seems like everything will definitely be stable now.
Solidifying like keeping multitasking to ipad air 2 only. Great.

Something tell me we are not going to see Apple Music today, don't think they'll go over 2 hours

1.5 million apps, studies have shown 60% of them are never downloaded. Still Apple has quite a prolific app platform but I wish they would just stop with the number count and focus on more important things like trying to keep kids from racking up $10,000 monthly credit card bills playing vapid Freemium games.

The app store is larger than the industrial revolution? Woot? Are they on drugs (Apart from the News lady, she sure was under influence)?

I've really liked ALL WWDC's to this point. This one has been very underwhelming.
I was so looking forward to new hardware, any new hardware.

Nice. I've only had my watch for a week and I'm already wanting some new Watch faces. Good to see they're bringing these faces they showed us what—last September? Did they say that the photo face can pull from an album? I wish I could store more photos on my Watch.

Guys I love apple but come on... They copied Google now and their cards style multitasking. But one thing I like is battery and quality so I'm sticking with apple.
And Google copied iOS, so let's call it a wash, yeah? If companies were only allowed to put out features that no one else has created, all our OS's and apps would suck ass.
