So since the iMacs are displaying new Yosemite images for wallpapers on stage, does this mean we're getting a Snow Leopard / Mountain Lion styled rename of "Yosemite"? It would make sense given the rumours that this is a stability release.

That's correct! They're digging up the feline tradition again. It's going to be called Yosemitten.

I am way more interested in SDKs and Xcode improvements than anything else, and I have zero interest in any new music service (I prefer to own, not rent), but if there's a new Mac Pro quietly released on the Apple Store I will be ordering one immediately.

What if Mac OS 10.10.5 El Capitan.

It's part of Yosemite but not completely new...

Then what would the updates be? 10.10.5.x?
