Wow, my PSVITA had AD at launch, I got bored of that after 30 mins... this is NOTHING NEW! I've seen AR iOS apps years ago.

True it's not new tech. But the PSVita and 3DS don't have the A10 processor and Metal2 backing them up. Which I think will make the difference in the long run.

AR suffers from needing a lot of active processing and image (depth) recognition. And that's coming along. AR has more long term uses than VR, especially on mobile devices.

Guys... This $5k iMac is made for professionals who drop $6,000 on a cinema camera or $3500 on a lens. The iMac Pro is clearly replacing the Mac Pro which makes perfect sense. They weren't selling many of those, so to use the same form factor as the iMac is perfect. No reason to re-design the lineup. If a Mac Pro wasn't on your wish list yesterday, the iMac Pro was never for you anyway.

No it isn't replacing the Pro. They already stated they're working on a modular/upgradeable Mac Pro.
