I certainly HOPE SO! Asus Transformer Pro 3 already has USB-C and Thunderbolt 3 port and dedicated HDMI in EXACTLY the same design as the Surface Pro so this segment will grow, forcing Apple to compete more!

Does the files app make it simple to just plug the iPad to a pc or Mac and transfer files off the device without going into itunes????
