I really wish they'd redesigned it a bit. The chin is just an eyesore to me. I do like that the bezel is thinner however... Also disappointed there's no core2quad. Still, nice specs. I wonder how much they'll charge for the 1TB drive...

How freaking ugly.

Yeah, I'm the last one to nit-pick, but "WHITE" aluminum? I was hoping it would be at least metal looking like the Cinema Displays, but white and black?

NOTE: Never mind, it is Aluminum, the pics make it look more white than it is. "Oooops, my bad. Should I leave a note?" lol

AND if they don't revisit the Cinema Displays as the iMac has had numerous revisions and the display line has not I'm ditching my Apple Aluminum Display and getting another companies, as I would be extremely disappointed. C'mon guys, it's WELL overdue, my Mac Pro needs a new buddy.

Slash messed up all their news. Amateurs. The iMac will only come in 20" and 24". The KEYBOARD is what's .33".

Engadget: "New iMac will come in two sizes: 20-inch display, and 24-inch display. Both will be glossy. Customers say they love glossy displays.""

I have an engadget window that shows "replaced the 24"" too.

In fact, ti's the last thing i have that willload from them.

No matter what is announced, lots of people will find stuff to complain about...

Man, "watching" this over at Engadget makes me really appreciate the hard work that goes in to making MR Live what it is. It's so much better not having to constantly hit refresh (only to have stuff disappear over at Engadget).

...while some might think it's a shame that they didn't get a more dramatic overhaul in design, I have to say that the price point for the low-end 20" is very nice indeed. Can't wait to find out what that works out as when converted to UK £.

I guess while some of the mock-ups we saw which took design cues from the iPhone were stunning, the technology just isn't there yet to do it in real life.

From that pic in the slide, the new iMacs don't look too great.
