Was quite satisfied with iOS 12 which made my iPad mini 2 usable again.

Don't get too hyped. Remember last year?

How many people have actually put on a Koala head with a comic book filter while in a FaceTime call with 32 people? Or anything close to this:

I'd be happy if we got some good usability/multitasking improvements for the iPad and a dark mode. I'd be over the moon if they updated the Mail app with category sorting, snooze, reminders, and send later.

Once again, hoping to not be underwhelmed, but also expecting to be underwhelmed.

Last year, I expected to be underwhelmed, and my expectations were met (meh't?).

Well, at least we will not be forced to watch game developers flaunt their ****** games on stage for 3/4 of the keynote like the hardware releases.

Trying not to get too hyped, but if iPadOS is it's own separate thing, then doesn't that free them up to move in some radically new directions? Would love to be able to run a docked version of macOS Lite on the iPad, for instance. But even an overhaul to the way the iPad UI should work and separating that from the iPhone would be really interesting.
