I think they meant, they paid off the rest of the installment in order to trade in and upgrade, not pif

I payed my balance off (277.00) to upgrade and trade-in the phone 2 days ago. I am now eligible for an upgrade with trade-in....

If on ATT, click make a payment in your ATT account, click installment plan under Notes and then pay off your phone.

I paid off the full balance so I can keep the phone and sell it. For me my balance was about $200 less than what the phone is going for on Craigslist.

Yes, I am, I've heard it's more of a copper colour not so pink as it appears online. If you've seen the Rose Gold watch it's the same as that.
