You know what guys go easy on these package delivery drivers. They have nearly impossible routes to cover given by their supervisors. If you want to complain make a complaint to management who understaff and get max profit. I know this because I have treated some of these guys for mental breakdowns.

For me, that's been FedEx.

I had some medication overnighted to me for delivery on a Friday in July. I was home all day, with the front door open, and around noon the tracking changed to no answer, but there was no slip. I called them, they got confused and sent someone out to pick up a package from me. When I asked about my package and told him I didn't in fact have a package for him, he called the other driver - small town, apparently only 3 FedEx drivers - the guy swore up and down that he tried, but he'll come back because I needed that package that day.

When he showed up, he apologized, he left the slip on the wrong house - never even came close to mine. It worked out in the end, but it was a huge hassle.
My FedEx driver is kind of an idiot too. Sometimes he's too lazy to bring the package up the steps to the front door and just leaves it front of the garage door. My driveway is very steep, so at the angle I have to drive up, there's a blind spot and its almost impossible to see if there's something sitting there. Twice I've run over packages driving into the garage.

Same thing happened to me last year. The UPS guy pulled up to my driveway and left. Then I checked my status and it said attempted delivery. Didnt end up getting my phone until Monday.

So funny. The dude literally drove all the way to your house, just to be too lazy to get to the front door? People these days :D
