Does anyone know which underground line the bombed train was on? I think I might be very lucky to be here.

doing on the central line would've been even more deadly.
on a side note, i know i'll definitely be back on public transport as soon as it gets back on.

As someone who had to walk out through the dust in lower Manhattan on 9/11, I truly commizerate with this sentiment. I remember that day and only being able to think "How could anyone do this to anyone else." The entire thing struck me as so completely beyond the pale that I really doubted that there could be any underlying sentiment that I could ever hope to understand.raggedjimmi said:i dont live anywhere near london but it feels like an unknown appendage has been ripped off by someone and bitten.

Thankfully they were all ok, but it took all day for them to get through and tell us. This terrorist thing to so far out of hand its ridiculous. I can't imagine what makes people do these things. My heart goes out to the victims, their families, and all of England. As an American I feel somewhat responsible because from some reports I hear this was because of England's involvement with American in the Middle East. Strong countries such as England and American must continue to work together to rid the world of these horrible, horrible people.

Regardless of the cause and/or political/religious motives that fuel these acts it is just sad that innocent people have to suffer.
My thoughts go out to those in London today.
