Mine did too. What the hell is going on? I'm calling Apple and/or UPS tomorrow to see if I can get any info. This is weird.
 
Just checked mine too for the hell of it and mine changed to label created. I'm sure our phones are ok. Ups is probably updating its system for the day. But I've seen this many times as things are about to leave China on a flight

What the hell... Mine changed and now it appears that scheduled delivery is on Thursday October 2 .... I think ups messed up here..
 
Checked mine again and mine too shows thurs delivery instead of weds. Other posts showed this also on other customers orders and it got changed back to the original delivery date. Doesn't much matter to me cause I'm using a 5s right now and there is nothing wrong with it. I can wait another day. But it would be nice to get it early.

Looks like all our phones are in the same shipment waiting to leave China.

For me, it doesn't matter if UPS delivers Thursday. But what worries me, is that the phone isn't moving yet. Damn, the status shows that the phone is still in transit to UPS...
 
I can't help but be discouraged at this whole thing. I just don't understand why Apple would use two different shipping methods. Some people are getting their phones in 1-3 days, others aren't getting them for a week after they ship. Our orders were ready to rock, why the delay now?
 
If Apple is using a shipping method that is cheaper and waiting for a bunch of phone to be grouped together is one thing. But 4-5 days just sitting in a warehouse at the airport or waiting to clear customs or whatever is kind of discouraging.

I think UPS tracking system on items that are overseas or in another country is really spotty. The tracking system on packages abroad is never as accurate as in the US. Maybe by the end of the day we will have a more accurate timetable on our shipments

Terrible Information sharing

I've been watching Tracker and there have been no flights out of China to Alaska for days. I suspect most shipments have been going to countries that are in the second wave of release.

I have to say that sitting in a warehouse for nearly 4 days while my credit card has been charged is not sitting well with me.

The added frustration of UPS changing status 3 times makes it even more maddening.

I just want the phone I paid for already. :)
 
This is weird. I've been looking at other threads, and phone that shipped later than ours are in Alaska already, but it looks that everyone is having issues with UPs tracking this weekend. So hopefully, is just a tracking glitch (I really, really hope...)

As example:

this. I still dont get what got our packages stuck for almost 5 days .... Also why is Apple sending the phone's vía two different shipping methods? I called them 3 times asking if they could chance my shipping to the fastest one (as I was willing to pay extra) and they told me all shipments were going to be sent expedited....

Similr to all of you guys, stuck since the 25th (well actually the 24th if you're considering US date). Anywho. Apple should give us all free cases!

I did remember seeing a post that someone's phone was stuck for awhile. In the end, it took the phone 3 days to be delivered from China! So it's still possible if you have a date for wed/thurs!!!
 
So if it doesn't leave China by Monday then we might not get the Thursday delivery. I hope the date doesn't change again. I have a phone to trade in by September 30th (AT&T), and I don't wanna be without a phone for too long!
 
My iPhone finally departed. I guess is going to Shanghai now. What a joke UPS. I really hope that they can deliver it next Thursday.

Mine has also departed.... But come on! UPS is a JOKE, now delivery date is Friday the 3rd at the end of the day?!?! Seriously? I thought expedited shipping was between 2-5 business days... Not 7!! wtf
 
ah man, i got movement too, AND delivery date pushed back to FRIDAY from Thursday. this gives me sadface.
 
Well, my delivery date has changed to 10/3 as well. I have to say the excitement is now gone. I didn't think it would take two weeks to get the phone.

I swear, if I get pushed back to 10/3, I will lose my mind. I've never encountered slower shipping speeds than I have with Apple. It blows my mind. It's 2014! I can order something from Amazon at 4:30PM and they'll have it on my doorstep the next afternoon. This is ridiculous.
 
Anyone knows if calling Apple or UPS might help a little? This is getting beyond annoying, cant believe that their "so called expedited" Will turn to be more than a business week ...

I'm talking to UPS on live chat right now. I don't expect anything from them, I'm mostly just complaining to make myself feel better. They are terrible.
 
I'm in the same boat, The original date I was supposed to receive my phone was on 1 October, now it's been changed to the third after being stuck in China since the 25th. Gaaaah.
