Stunt yes, but it was done by the company that made it. This Micro$oft stunt is quite clearly designed to put down the competition.

Well, that had a reason. Apple needed to move forward and people wouldn't budge. Also, it was a small significance for Steve (if you can call it that).

However, OS 9's funeral was made by the company that made it, not the competition. Microsoft's attempts are really sad.
