No the final word is the law and terms of the contract which have not changed for me. Why is everyone defending AT&T? Especially when they're wrong.
I have a case to sue if they throttle me at 20gb/mo. I have unlimited and am entitled to what I paid for. If they do send a message about anything I'll simply have them overturn it.
Under a cap plan with $10/gb overages 20gb would equal $200 a month. Screw that! But I'm sure they would gladly take my overage money and not throttle that.
