M1 Pro would be reasonable, although I don't believe it will actually be based on M1 architecture ;)

"If Apple wants to give each chip its own name, “M1X” and “M1Z,” with the Z signifying the option with better graphics performance, is a possibility. That would match the 2020 iPad Pro strategy. That iPad had the same CPU as the 2018 iPad Pro with the A12X chip, but a better GPU. So Apple named the 2020 chip the A12Z."

Who cares what the chips are called…..is it any less weird than what intel Names their chips? Actually sounds like better marketing to put a pro name on a chip for………… pro devices.
True, Intel also went with pro in the name at some point. I still remember my pentium pro machine!

Not that it matters what is called, but I think I prefer Pro and Max to X and Z.

I don't care what they call it, but I want a lot of RAM and performance cores. I don't really care about the GPU if they fix some of the limitations of the M1.
What limitations are you finding? Considering how well apple uses 8gb I can’t see 16gb not being enough. GPU is a pretty big deal because of what can be offloaded to it when rendering.

there’s going to be a day where everything is run from an iPhone. You just plug it into your screen and use it like a workstation.

Whatever the chip names are - I hope Apple launches some entirely amazing new designs that delivers a signifant performance jump.

Every leak so far - maybe a like lukewarm on the notch rumor - points towards a
