15" Silver M4 10/10 32gb 2T and traded in a 2019 MBP intel for about $300 off. Keeping my 16" MBP M1Max as the business backup. I was hoping for some screen upgrades but I'm saving 1½ pounds. 👍

Bit bummed they discontinued Space Grey - after 2 Silver MBPs was sold on getting that colour but oh well - here we go again!

I was going to go space grey too until I found it wasn't available. After having two silver Intel Macbook Airs, I was ready for a change, so I went with the sky blue this time.
Do we know if the "advanced LCD panel" is confirmed with the M4 MBA, or was it just a false rumor? There is no difference in the panel descriptions on Apple.com and I am trying to decide between an M3 15" MBA or the new M4 15" MBA.

Ha! I'm considering the same trade. What made you trade the MBP Intel to Apple rather than Facebook/Craigslist/Swappa?

That's what I figured. Thanks, looks like I will go for a refurbished M3 MBA instead and save some $$$.
What do we think the GPU power difference would be between the 10 GPU Core M4 and and a 16 GPU Core M2 Pro?
It has just been setting there and is not good for a backup anymore. I'm old and it is easier to just trade-in, I may lose a few dollars but no hassle.
For tasks that can leverage all cores, the M2 Pro GPU should be slightly faster, it seems. Grok estimates 10%-20%.
Yeah then other side of the coin you will see other people saying base model but meaning the second and third tier base models 😄
