Ordered mine on Saturday the 2nd, base model with 24gb of ram. UPS MyChoice says package is in transit from Chek Lep Kok as of 8:13PM their time, wich is about 7am for me here, today. Some time travel stuff going on with this shipment haha. My delivery date on the Apple site says 11/15, so we'll. I did pay for "express shipping" when I checked out on the Apple site, which said delivery on the 8th when I chose that.

Yes I doubt it as well I live in Canada still processing there is no way they are overnight shipping these from China to my address… we will probably get pushed to the 11th or later.
For some hardware, Canadian orders sometimes get shipped from Canada or the US. Not sure if this is the case this time for you or not but it may be the case if it’s a common configuration. What was your config?

Where is it being delivered to?

for those in the uk, from reading posts it seems they are all on the same shipment. as far as i can make out as i write they are in the air from hong kong via DHL.
mine however still says delivery monday 11th, so question really is if they are all on the same shipment why have some got the 8th and some 11th.
im still hopeful mine could turn up tomorrow. with flight times from hong kong and looking at the departure time they should be landing in the uk in the next couple of hours.

M4 upgraded to 32GB and 1TB
Apple Online
Ordered on 04/11
Estimated Delivery 15/11-19/11
Switched to "Preparing to Ship" just now 10:00 07/11
Just changed to Dispatched with a date of 14/11.

I'm expecting it to arrive tomorrow unless BTO's come from China (I can't recall).

EDIT: It's "on the way" via UPS from Shenzhen with a date of 11/11.
Nice. That means they moved up the delivery date by 4 days for you, for a non-standard config.

My credit card saw a pending charge yesterday (Nov. 6), and my Nov. 1 M4 / 24 GB / 512 GB / 10 GbE order’s delivery date moved from the original Nov 20-22 to Nov. 19-21. Still processing though.

I’m now hopeful for a Friday, Nov. 15 delivery date. Too bad my SSD enclosure isn’t scheduled to arrive until closer to the end of the month. Oh well, first world problems.

Anyone know what the usual flight time is from Shenzhen to UK? :D:D
It’s a little over half a day.

Mine is also shipping tomorrow (EU)
I am pretty sure Apple had some variants (probably entry levels M4 and M4 pro) which they held on stand-by before shipping to ensure nobody receives anything earlier.

Custom configurations are most likely to take some time until they get delivered.
Mine is the entry level, bought an external 1 TB SSD with a very short cable, and I am planning on running Mac OS from external disk.

I was just hoping Apple sent to some early reviewers units, and will get to see in advance what to expect.
I need one machine, no matter the reviews, but since nobody posted anything, I will to be interested in online opinions. Will get to see tomorrow.

Thanks - I still hold hope that it will arrive tomorrow.

Base M4 Pro model (24/512) ordered on 5th November, just had notification it will be delivered tomorrow by DHL (UK).

Base model. Estimated to arrive tomorrow via UPS 🇺🇸

Going to be fun pushing this little guy to its limits.

I’ve had Apple products go to preparing to ship and then ship as late as 19:00 the day before it actually arrives. No need to panic.

It’s probably already in a local depot somewhere.

Also, if you recall, Apple announced that this product is the 1st ever Carbon Neutral Mac and that they don’t use airplanes to ship this product.

This means that it has to be at a depot near you already if the ETA is 11/8/24. Otherwise, it wouldn’t reach you in time.

Carbon Neutral only means they offset what carbon they release with what they do/plant to absorb the equivalent carbon.

So can still use planes and plant more trees :D

Oh…I thought I definitely heard in the keynote that they don’t use planes to ship this product?!??

Let me go back through the keynote + press release…
