I should mention that though FFXI is an old game - they are still releasing new content for it including the newest expansion wings of the goddess which came out last month. You can pick up the '08 collection which contains the original and all the expansions including the newest WoTG for I believe about 40 bucks from just about any best buy.

I dont know any games for mac but a good game for pc is Rappelz , from gpotoato Iloved it but my pc roke :'( so try that on ur pc.
