All PPC Macs get the 1 finger gesture in Snow Leopard.

Its looking like my Rev 1 MBA is getting the finger by not getting four finger gestures even though its only a few months younger than the new one with no hardware differences on the trackpad. Whats that all about.... lol

Does any of the syncing problems in the list refer to the speed of syncing on the iPhone and iPod touch? The 2.1 software update helped the syncing speed a lot, but I'm wondering if part of the problem is on the Mac and could be fixed.

- Issue with Superdrive and eject sound resolved
Is this for Laptops with the slot loading drives?
The noise at startup and wake from sleep is so loud and irritating.

- Bluetooth and USB in closed lid mode compatibility fix
Excellent.

- Command-H and applications hiding fix
I have noticed some strange problems in this area.

- Show(Hide)Window() without Window menu memory management fixes
Looks like this is related.

Sometimes when I have done a hide others command-option-H from the keyboard I have experienced strange glitches in the window behaviour which need a logout to fix.

lol Black and White OS

I remember waiting for 7.0 ( and 6 and 5). 7.0 did have color in the OS. So did 6.0, although not as nicely. The OS 6 Multifinder was very exciting at the time, but you really needed 4mb of RAM to use it properly. Along with my BIg 60mb hard drive...

I hope they finally fixed the video issue that G5's with ATI X1900 graphics cards have. It's been 2-3 months and counting.....

I just hope that the FileSync and SyncServer fixes finally fix the problem with syncing photo libraries with portable home directories.....

10.5.5 has been very stable for me.

Stable? Yes. But there are definitely a few bugs and several annoyances that have not been addressed.

One bug, for example. If you are in List View, then drill to a folder that is Icon View, then use the back button, you will remain in Icon View. This is inconsistent and does not have this issue when using key shortcuts.

There are huge annoyances in Spotlight that need to be addressed. One of my favorites is having it open its search in the main hard drive instead of the current folder I am in.

I noticed a huge drop in FPS when OS X 10.5.5 was updated, _not_ WoW 3.0.2 patch. I am also using a 3870 not the 8800.

uh, great...
8800gtx sli would be much faster than a 3870, that's why he mentioned even *those* cards were having trouble with the update; he never said you were using one... seemed kinda snappy what you just said, we were trying to help you...

he's right about 3.0.2 though; and you're the first/only person i've heard having this sort of problem?

i get 80-100fps everywhere on my 9600m-gt in my new mbp and on my desktop with it's 8800gt i get 70-80 fps at 1920x1200 with 4x sampling, i've disabled the shadows or kept them low though.

how about a fix for the 'spinning wheel of death for five minutes when waking the MBP up from sleep problem' !

Oh God PLEASE let them finally fix this stupid airport dropout/slow connection problem. It's only in Leopard (post 10.5.2 I want to say). I've tried all kinds of routers, settings, etc. Wifi work fine under Vista 64. Come on Apple.

Yup!!!! That would be about time !!!
