I wonder if Apple has pressure to ship at the end of every month to make sales, or if that's more a quarterly thing...

Hopefully it goes out today and I get it early next week.

Me too! Got the shipping notification on my phone while out tonight. I'm not sure how long it will take to get here. Does Apple ship all the Mac Pros from California?

If so, mine should get up here pretty quickly...

I set it up for Apple and TNT tracking. I have to admit I thought it wasn't working (and said so!) but it turned out it was just poor (as in "non-existent") tracking information. Once the information started to flow, it worked very well.

It looks like the shipping notification email means the boxes were tagged and stuck in a corner somewhere I received my shipping notification on the 29th, but nothing was showing up in FexEx until this morning (four days later!), which to me, is when the FexEx truck took it away...

I've had my mac pro 2.8 8 core since last month.. but still waiting for the separate nvidia 8800gt.. Why is it taking forever!! Another month to go...

C'mon... Out for delivery... I'm not sure if it's FedEx or UPS that usually gets here at 10...

I'm not sure what I'm more eager to see - my new Mac Pro, or this iPod Touch SDK...

Mine showed up at 10:30 this morning!

Had to wait till 11:30 for another hard drive, but I'm set up and running right now...

I reinstalled Leopard with the CDs from the Mac Pro (10.5.1) and needed to download the .2 update. For some strange reason it took a while to download.

On another note - I still can download the iPhone SDK.

Alas, as expected, a new estimated delivery date of tomorrow.

On the bright side, I guess the weekend will start early for me.

Landed around 4PM on a rainy Friday, did initial start up test to make sure there was a good starting point. Added OWC RAM and replaced HDD and working on fresh install now.

My weekend is booked, woo!
