Thanks, the counterfeiters really did try to keep the iPhone look theme going deeper into the menus. Does it show any clue as to what OS versions etc? I feel for you having gotten a fake like that, keep us posted as to what you finds out.

It doesn't have any version of the iPhone OS on it dude. It's some knockoff Chinese OS. That's why you won't be able to get any of your iCal, Mail, Contacts, Music, etc. to sync from your Mac.

Yep its real. I know about the iphone clone I have one of those too.. I use it as my mp3 player.

My dad does a lot of business over there. China is where the iPhone is made.

Like I said its real but I am just having problems getting it jail broken.

what get me is they have the audacity to use what looks to be the true iphone box packaging!! ....just goes to show folks, do a thorough check of the contents, have the dealer power it on for you right there....and if you done your research and really want an original, you can spot a fake!! thanks alot to these kind of threads!!
