It got thrown around in the condo and things and i LOVE IT. I will never get anything else, when i get my MBP i will get the sleeve to fit it and keep the backpack. I would hold out for the MacBook sleeve.

made in oz, but very different to what you're probably used too... plus you'd be hard pushed to find another one the same in your local starbucks...
mjdyson said:I'll agree on this one. I've purchased one of these and it is flawless. Need to check if fits the Macbook snuggly, but foofshop said they'd replace it if it didnt - they havent got a Macbook to test the size when I ordered.

It took about 10 days to get to the UK and cost just over £20 delivered. Check them out http://www.foofshop.com

iHeartTheApple said:That is a sharp-looking bag there! I've got a few questions, though. Is it simply a sleeve without a zipper or does it have a snap or zipper mechanism to keep the MacBook from falling out? What is the material inside the sleeve? Is it the same as the outside? Let us know how you like it and if it fits!![]()
mjdyson said:The basics of it...
It its roughly 13.3" wide with an opening at one end (so you'll be able to see the connector ports / cd drive of the Macbook). The theory is - it is fairly snug so wont just slip out, although I dont know until perhaps Tuesday with my Blackbook arrives! It has no zipper or other way of holding the laptop in.
The inside of the case I think is some kind of black satin. Feels like silk, but I guess that would ramp the price up somewhat. It does feel incredibly soft and wont scratch the exterior of the laptop.
All in all its great quality and hand made. The people at fooshop are really helpful too and answer emails pretty sharpish if you want to contact them!

Keep an eye on this thread and I'll post some photos on flickr or something when the MB arrives.

Also is there any place besides Apple Store where they sell LaRobes and will ship them to Europe (Denmark in particular)?

It appears to be a little more padded than most, i'm just not sure it'll fit the MacBook properly![]()
