'MacBook Pro 2010' RAM Modules Spotted?

Apple would have to be insane to stick with the Core 2 Duo! :rolleyes: It wouldn't force me to buy a PC (nothing will do that) but I'd rage a little.:mad:

Hopefully the 13inch MBP can get an i5. Do you guys/gals think they would only upgrade the processors in the 15 and 17? I hope not...

Ram at 1333 MHz??????? O.O
Can you see the difference between 1033 MHz and 1333 MHz, in your opinion?
 
Haha watch the new MBP's have C2D and hear the screams of those who have been waiting forever as they leap from their office windows.
 
If this is true i'm expecting the same thing to happen to the MacBook Pro line that happened with the iMac line. High end 15 and all 17 inch will have the i5/i7 and everything else will be a 2.8 - 3.06 C2D. Only other differences will be the GPU and hard drive.
 
As of yesterday I've joined the waiting game for the new 13" MBP, my unibody (aluminium) MB has a faulty but not broken screen and the kind man at the apple store helped me get my insurance company to cover for a replacement. So now I'm being sent the money for one 'free' new MBP. Talk about good timing. :D

On the other hand anyone looking to buy a Aluminium macbook (sans pro) with a slightly flickery screen give me a shout (UK only)
 
what time will the store be down?
the store was down at 8pm for the aperture 3 in singapore.
now its already 11pm...
 
The launch must be very soon now, as I can see the ram modules are available as of febr 25... check the kingston site
 
Feels like Christmas Morning

Every morning I wake up and check the news to see if the new macbook pro's are out. Every morning just more rumors. I noticed on the apple website only 17" refurbs are available. Maybe that is a sign. Sold my old macbook to a coworkers wife last week. Please hurry up the release so I can have my new macbook pro:eek:
 
hope this won't be another disappointment like the aperture... waiting since december.
 
I doubt Kingston knows anything.

Its too late for a tuesday refresh now so its at least a week away now anyways, unless there's one of those surprise wednesday refreshes.

My G5 has been dead for almost a month and I am sick of using my flatmate's laptop.

No. Memory speed is set by the DRAM controller. You need memory that is fast enough to keep up. installing faster memory than the DRAM controller is designed for offers no benefit.

Well, OK, the memory retailer gets one benefit - sucking more money from your wallet.
