Judging by the spreadsheet, it looks like they are currently working on preparing and shipping out rMBPs to the 6/11 and 6/12 folks (except for those who picked the 768GB SDD). There are still a lot that says processing, but they haven't been updated since 6/21 and 6/22. Things are looking good! So I'm sure quite a few of those are in the preparing/shipped status as well. I have a feeling the 6/13 people, as well as the late 2-3 weeks guys will see some movement tomorrow and the early 3-4 weeks guys will see some movement in 2-3 days from now.

I have a feeling that a lot of that has to do with the country kits (especially with the keyboards). For example, they would probably build a certain number of systems with a Japanese keyboard in a day (using their current supply of parts), as well as a certain number of systems with English (QWERTY) keyboards in a day. The numbers may not be fixed, but I'll bet that they have to make them in batches. It is obvious that English keyboards have a much higher demand than Japanese keyboards, right?
So, at the end of the day they will notice that they have some systems with Japanese keyboards lying around, and so they will go through the list and prepare shipping for the next person who requested a rMBP with a Japanese keyboard. This is probably why we are seeing the trend that you've described.
I ordered around the same time as you, at 5-6pm PST on the first day, and my order hasn't moved either. Was wondering if it's because I'm shipping to Singapore.
Just called my local Apple Care hotline to grouse, and was told I shouldn't compare my order with orders shipping to the US as they are batched by country. So they might be prioritising the US orders first
But the lady I spoke to offered to check with the "relevant department" on my order...and will get back to me later.

I ordered my rMBP 2.3/16Gb/256 on 06/18 (it's on the sheet) , so i'm in the 3-4 week range...

I ordered my rMBP on the 12. of june and got a 3-4 weeks wait. estimated delivery is between 13.07.12 and 19.07.12

The rMBP just had everything I'm looking for in bot prosessing power and form factor.
What really bums me is that user Netromac ordered his on the 13th of june and is already shipping. (his status changed yesterday)
