inb4 his laptop has some kind of hardware issue and we get flooded with sooking.
Hmm. Now I'm worried again. Saw on the Swedish Macworld-site that they has an article about the "ghosting" problems with the Retina display-MacBook Pro. Like it's burn-in on the display or something.
Sigh..... I don't want to return my Mac again..! Do you guys want links for the video and an thread on Apples forum about it? Or should we just stay happy and don't worry everyone?
This has been discussed in depth on this forum as well. Nothing to worry about.
Some of you guys are behaving as if you're about to get married and are getting cold feet just days before the big ceremony. If there is a problem or there is something you don't like about it, then you have 14 days to return the thing and get your money back. You're not getting married and the computer won't take half your stuff if you don't enjoy spending the first night with it. You can just return it. Damn, actually weddings should be like this. A cooling off period for a couple of days, so to speak.

A few hours later, UPS also changed the delivery to 29.7.

Holy cow! Mine just arrived! Which is weird, because on the delivery tracking page it says it's in Shanghai still.
I ordered June 11 at about 8:30 PM EST (I was in the 2-3 weeks group). A bunch of you all should be getting them soon, since mine arrived 1-2 weeks early.

I just ordered the top of the line non-retina last night. It's still in processing. I wonder, since it's built with the high res screen, how quickly it will ship out. Either way, I'm excited. I saw the rMBP in person, and while awesome, it was just too dim for my liking.

I ordered 6/12 around 11am. Mine shipped last night and scheduled for delivery by the 28th. Base model.

Well thats actually good news. My tracking still shows that its sitting in Memphis since 10pm last night. Hoping it makes it to my office in the next few hours.
When did yours leave china? i ordered the exact same time as you.
Expected delivery is Friday June 29 when original was July 2-9. Ordered @9:23PM EDT on the 11th, delayed due to 768GB option.
Woodstock, GA. It was delivered by Fedex.
It says it left China at 2:54 PM yesterday and it appears the tracker has now updated all the paths it took.
It arrived in Memphis at 12:13 AM, then in Atlanta at 6:23 AM, then delivered at 10:05 AM.
Mine better change status soon. I ordered the same configuration hours earlier, but it's still Processing Items.
Of course this happens to me. I patiently wait 2 weeks for my rMBP to come, and it shows up to be delivered 5 minutes after I leave my apartment and on the one day I'm working away from home. Got them to hold it for me at a nearby FedEx though. This is going to be the longest day of work ever.
Silly question, but the FedEX tracking page says that the expected delivery is June 27 by 10:30 AM. However, it also says that the package is on vehicle for delivery for today. Is it safe to assume that I'll be getting the package today instead of tomorrow?
