So when I called to ask a question about my order they wanted me to provide my name and billing address before they would give me info about my own order. So, I'm not quite sure how they technically can tell you over the phone "I'm looking at Paul's order and you're right about his shipping date". Imagine the lawsuits waiting to happen if customers were able to call in and find out when OTHER PEOPLE'S orders were made and shipped. Honestly, I'm completely dumbfounded that people think Apple should do whatever the customer wants. I know if I found out Apple was just giving out any bit of info about me there would be hell to pay.
The expectations of customers these days is getting more and more ridiculous. What's next? You want Tim Cook's home phone number so you can have a one on one with him about this? Cuz Apple owes that to everybody even though they've been shipping within or earlier than their original quoted delivery times, right??
