Macbook Pro 2012 Order Status thread (all models)

I can keep this one until I get a replacement but my issue is that I need to install Win 7 and configure few programs for work that take a long time to setup and I dont want to waste my time when I will have to redo it all over again.

Just do it, set it up the way you want on your Windows partition, then when the new one comes, use Winclone to duplicate your bootcamp partition into the new one.

Thats assuming your issue is a bootcamp issue, if its a VM issue then thats even easier. No problem, and its the type of thing you can just setup to transfer then go to bed, and have it all done for you.

Yeah. I was checking the status the day before around noon, and it still said processing. Then the next day I wake up to an email that says that one of your items have shipped. So either it went into prepare for shipment from the 10 hours I wasn't checking the site, or it went straight to shipping.

Honesly unless you're in need of a custom configuration, I'd try your liCal Apple store or retailers like MacMall or Newegg for a base model.

It's going to be a few weeks at least of waiting. I was late to the game and ordered the 28th. Still processing.

Any base model rMBP ordered on or after the 17th that have shipped or are in preparing for shipment?
 
FDX28 landed at PANC at 14:17 AKDT, after departing at 22:10 CST.

FDX48 is still in the air and now has accurate times (it seems that it has to get into US airspace for the departure from ZSPD to be accurate), and is estimated to land at KMEM at 23:56 CDT, after departing at 22:22 CST.

My shipment is now listed as having gone into transit by FedEx at 22:37 CST. Still isn't showing up on Expeditors.

Edit: FlightAware may still be inaccurate, though, actually - it's showing estimated position.

Me and you are on the same flight. Its supposed to have landed in Anchorage around 6pm EST.

Someone else I know had a different In transit time, and their tracking is already showing Anchorage.

I'm thinking we're both on FDX48, and we completely skip Anchorage.

Or, I'm wrong, and they just haven't scanned the pallets yet.

If it makes you feel any better, I ordered on June 21st (after you), same model, also in Miami, and I am still stuck in processing. So at least people aren't getting ahead of you for that same model if they ordered after you.
