Macbook Pro 2012 Order Status thread (all models)

Meeeeh.
I'm going nuts seeing all the "late" orders shipping.
I placed my order on 6/12 stock 2,3/8/256 machine with estimated delivery 7/13 - 7/19

I'm still waiting patiently tho. But knowing I'll be away next week just makes me wanting the machine TODAY even more. And those late orders shipping now doesnt help at all

As my order hasnt shipped yet I havent looked too hard into tracking yet.
But i've seen people use http://www.flightstats.com and some other site wich I don't remember.

ordered the same stock model on june 21... eta ist 24th-30th. Seems as the stock models are stil going to the apple stores first. unfortunatly not available in my area :-/
 
My order shipped since 2 days already (monday morning), but I have no tracking details or info yet. The destination is Italy, Europe.

Is there anything I can check using the information I have? If so, where and how? Thank you for your help:

Can anyone shed a little light on my MacBook Pro order? It departed Shanghai with UPS at 11 p.m. local time yesterday, July 11, which means it has now been in transit around 18 hours. It doesn't seem to have arrived anywhere yet.

It's coming to the U.K., so will it be making its way directly to London, or will it stop off in Europe first? Also, Apple estimates that it will be delivered on July 13, but UPS is yet to give a scheduled date. Given that it hasn't arrived anywhere since leaving Shanghai, does the 13th seem accurate?

I do believe it will make a pitstop in Amsterdam. Atleast thats the case for Norwegian orders.
Based on the replies in this thread it seems that the delivery dates are pretty spot on. Some even got their package a day in advance.

Depends, Apple are using two routes to the UK. The first is a flight direct to LHR that takes about 11 hours, and the second is a flight to Frankfurt and then a lorry to LHR - the latter takes longer, obviously.

Me too. Damn maybe EDU is slower? They put a hold on my credit card yesterday - it's sort of a "preparing to charge it" kind of thing. I've been checking the order page every 5 minutes since. But it's still in processing :(

Yessssssss! I ordered a stock base rMBP on the 19th and started getting jealous when I saw a lot of people's orders go to preparing last night. Than I woke up today to see it prepare for shipping sometime last night. I'd love to receive it this Friday but I doubt that will happen. My original expected delivery was July 20-26. Good luck to all those still waiting. It'll happen eventually.

Well it's a pending charge, right? I think they do that because of IDIOT Banks like mine (don't use Everbank) which have low limits on their Visa Checking cards and even though I told them about 10 times that the charge was coming and they assured me it would work, they still declined it. Had to call in, and retry, and it was OK.

Long rant short the pending charge isn't really a charge. It's just a hold on the amount to make sure the money is there when it will get charged. I was so happy I got it yesterday - I thought the RMBP was about to ship. But, no. Didn't. Still "Processing".

So 48 hours, eh? Bummer. Will probably take as long for me too, plz update here when it changes to preparing for shipment. I want to know how long it will take.

Ordered a 2.6/16/512 on 6/13 in Thailand, estimated delivery date 7/9-7/20.

PS: Hey check out my post number! Yeah, baby!
 
My rMBP arrived in my destination (ATL,GA) at 6:10 this morning! Hopefully I get it today and not tomorrow as FedEx promised. Ready to use this baby :cool:
