strange, i ordered the base model with ugpraded ram on aug 6th, and got ti deleivered aug 12 and im in canada, but it was with fedex too.

Awesome! Your replacement better be perfect! I just finally opened mine and I'm so happy :D Everything is perfect! I just don't know what screen it is yet but no black light bleeding and white is white as hell!
 
A few pages back someone posted flight numbers and I looked for departures from Shanghai for today and it was the only one.

it's shipping standard, even though i was told i was given 2-3 day shipping. kind of bummed since my estimated delivery date is now the 20th and i leave for college on the 19th and the most apple customer service could say was "i'm so sorry"
 
I'm curious as to how long all of your orders have stayed in the preparing to ship stage and then jumped to shipped?

Tortured by UPS

Order 2.6/16/512 on 8/10. Looks like it has been sitting in the UPS terminal in Shanghai for the last 40 hours. Should have paid for priority shipping ;-/. I hope I get a blue one!

It's like saying, hey why are those people complaining about their houses being swept away by floods in India? Mines perfect.
