Those of you who are waiting don't worry its totally worth it!! The screen is absolutely impeccable! I've got this thing hooked up to an external monitor via HDMI and its boats to airplanes really.

Man, serly this morning i got an email saying my payment method was declined so i take that as them wanting to charge me and ship my new toy. I very obviously have enough funds to cover the lappy so i called up customer support and they said there was a problem but everything has worked itself out now.. they gave me my same expected dates of Jun 25-28 (im a 7-10er)
If this lil glitch kept it from shipping today or tomorrow i will be a tad bitter

That's what I had in mind. Seems everyone is getting their RMBP 2-3 days before the estimated delivery date. So I'm assuming we'll get ours the 25th-26th.

Question! Does Apple ship it just in it's MacBook Box, or is the MacBook box inside another box?
When I originally paced the order they placed an authorisation on my account but now that has gone and all my funds are available so I'm confused as well
They charge when your item ships I assume. I have not gotten charged for my MBP yet, but my education gift card shipped out and I got charged $100 for it.
Called Apple and they said I will be charged $100 less than the invoice price of my Laptop when it ships out since I was already charged $100 for the card.
Plus, I have a BTO order. I don't think you can change your order to in-store pick up, and it's a gamble trying to go to the store and get it.
I called Apple and had them manually run the card because I was having some problems. They did that about an hour ago. Hoping mine ships out yet today!
just got the notice that my package has shipped
when my status was still "processing", my estimated delivery was June 26th-29th
now fedex is predicting the that the package is coming the 21st

Nice to see a fellow Chicago suburbian. I'm in Geneva, and I'm in the damn 3-4 week range. It sucks, but that "out for delivery" will be a fun day indeed.
My order status still says processing. I ordered mine the day after they were announced. Hopefully it ships next week!
