All countries have different After Sales Support times. For example, in Germany they are online Mo-Fri 9am-9pm and on Saturday 9am-6PM. :)

It might also be worth mentioning that the three other shipments are already in Luxembourg (7CP2808/06/03)

I'm really worried about the battery length on the tb13 after reading the whole thread about that. thinking seriously in try this one and return it and order a non-tb. anyone thinks the same?
