Doesn't work for me.
What do you get when u use this way of tracking?
You might need to login to german Apple Store first and then call the URL.
To me it shows the order tracking which you can also see in you acccount, but JSON-formatted.
There's not more information than what you can see in the account, but you can view status of orders of other customers. Often including their names ("Signed by ...") and home town...

Dhl status didnt change?. Somehow Apple can access DHL Api services and DHL website is being cached?

yea it was saying that 15-30 mins ago.
I think that Apple knows the shipment that brings the packages from China to the EU, which is not the tracking that was given to us (that starts in the EU).

Plus DHL shipping labels are consecutive. Get your long parcel number (starting J) and you can see everyone else's status and even approximate delivery area just from the DHL site.

Well , i guess. First batch is in Europe then.Possibly DHL didn't get them yet but as Apple says there are in transit they must be in Europe. It was shipped in Thursday .

I'm a web developer and for my work I use virtual machines. I know I'm gonna stress the battery so I don't expect 10 hours but if its 6-7 hours in normal mode, I will have at best 4. and my mates at work with an 2015 13 mbp gets almost 7 hours...

Does everyone use, or plan to use, their MBP on battery only then?

Mine will be plugged into power 99% of the time, with only occasional need to run solely on battery - and then not for anything like 10hrs.

The way people are talking, is that they can only use a laptop on battery, and if thats the case then presumably this is a very new requirement - as most laptops I have had...especially after some time, have absolutely crap battery life.

Just done my daily check on what my progress is with apple and any change and it now states "in transit to customer" - shipment on schedule 20 November 2016
But still Est. Delivery 24th November. No idea what the 20th Date is referencing.

I am ready for that #donglelife

Mine is same day of dispatch and estimated delivery, but my number on the right is 19th. Someone said it's the last time it was updated...so yours will be refreshing tomorrow I guess?

Used to use all my MacBooks all day without plugging in as that's what I needed. At home I use my iMac. Can't imagine buying a MacBook then plugging it in all day. Kind of defeats the point! But yeah mine will be unplugged unless it needs to be charged.

If you think this is tedious... I ordered a new car back in april; it arrived beginning of June.

But that was literally over a month of no status updates at all!

And when it did arrive in the UK it was at the shipping port for 3 days just sitting there...
