It is okay Apple, keep them in China for 10 more days!! or ship them with donkeys. Send us your invoice, take our money on time. Next year make it self service, we can come and collect them from China and you can save some more money, what about that!

I agree that many of them don't seem to know what they are talking about regarding the shipment tracking. However, I must comment on your last statement. It seems that there also are many DHL shipments from Shanghai that flies directly to Amsterdam. For example, 7CP2808 flew with CZ453 which goes PVG-AMS.
Has anyone been given 7CP2808 by Apple? I've been checking no end of numbers and haven't found one direct to Amsterdam yet! :p

I have! 7CP2803 that I saw other people having in earlier pages flew with the same plane, CZ453.

This is so pointless trying to track an untracked delivery from china.

I'm not convinced that the information Apple support is giving you about flights etc is even accurate. They probably have no clue but they won't admit that.

If it's not traceable from china direct just wait until DHL or whoever updates it. The fact is if it's due for delivery Thursday then it could arrive in holland on Wednesday as they can do next day delivery from Europe.

Seriously. Just go read some reviews and watch videos on YouTube.

Unless you have tracking from china in which case feel free to vent about how slow it is because you actually know it's slow as you know where it is!

Honestly, why else would we be here in this thread if not to track flights for no reason? I mean, we even created this EU thread when we didn't want to listen to the US people doing exactly the same thing earlier this week (when we were still stuck on processing).

I can't talk with UK after sales support from Spain...any trick to do it with using the iphone?

After a phone call with a senior chat support, I've been told that my order has not left China yet, and that they do not have access to any bulk tracking numbers, so I am unsure where everyone else's bulk shipping order numbers are coming from.
He said that my delivery has probably missed today's flights and will likely get on one tomorrow. After that it should show up on DHL tracking Wednesday/Thursday and they will give a more accurate delivery date at that time.

Just letting you guys know, I asked CS about my order which turned to shipping yesterday morning, and this is the tracking info they gave me.

CS seem to be just randomly choosing who they will allow to see their tracking from china

I obtained same explanation from chat operator...

What's your estimated deliver By apple ?

Just a related FYI for anyone in the UK looking for MBP stock in retail stores. I just spoke to Apple via chat to ask if there is any stock in UK stores and the answer I got was 'No' an that they had no information as to when stock will become available. I don't know if this contradicts any information anyone else has but it seems that in the UK at least for the moment, online ordering is the only way to get hold of a MBP + TB. I also tried a few combinations in the apple store website and the only 'available for pickup' date I could get was January 4th 2017.

Still no further movement on my 28th-6th order other than CC charged btw.

A shipment of just five units! Crazy. I know it took an absolute age for yours to ship and others in the 3-4 week bracket were shipping before yours. This is as close to proof you're going to get that your order (and those of four other people by the looks of it) somehow fell through the cracks and had to be manually compensated for.

The main Apple stores will doubtless have some walk-in stock on the same day the first UK pre-orders arrive. Probably Tuesday.

So... The coming week is the last week for my MacBook Pro to be shipped to Sweden. I'm very much looking forward to this. Can't wait! My expected delivery is Nov 28 - Dec 5 so I'm guessing sometime the next week my credit card will be charged.

Contacted Apple UK CS also. Got the air freight tracking code for my order and it seems my order is in Amsterdam since yesterday. Estimated delivery is tomorrow at 6:00 PM, Apple says Nov 24th.

UK CS just told me that mine is currently clearing customs in the Netherlands and that they're confident it'll be with me by the 24th. Assuming Tuesday is probably the realistic earliest it could turn up...

5 pieces but weighing c. 51 kilos, so that's some more MBPs, luckily.

anyone who isnt able to get through to UK CS, use cyberghost VPN. its free and fast enough for you to get through to the UK customer service
