If you want a stock configuration, your best bet will be to get one from an Apple Store or John Lewis (who will probably receive an initial shipment this week).

Yes Apple Store has my status changed to PROCESSING now - was on P4S on Friday and during the weekend!!!

plane has departed from Luxembourg at 6:51 am today. No update on the DHL Express tracking yet though.

Of course, moving stock around, yes. But not in our case where we are waiting for division of stock + customs release.
There was no chance of an update in the night, our first scans will happen during the day (hopefully today).
They did for me. The estimated delivery date on the Apple site reflects the one listed on the TNT tracking site, and it was updated accordingly to 1 day earlier. Still not optimistic for them to keep the promised date, though.
