FINALLY! (I just posted half an hour ago it was PFD). 15" fully maxed-out grey BTO model too...

Just got email saying:

Dispatched: Delivers 24/11/2016 by Standard Shipping.
Signature required.

DHL Express is courier. So the very final date of the shipping estimate, exactly a week from today (Thu 17 Nov) for delivery (Thu 24 Nov)
— though knowing Apple, it'll prolly end up arriving a day or two earlier.

Just have to wait to order the 5K's now...released "sometime in December" :-/

My BTO 13" is still stuck in processing but I only got the order in one week after the keynote due to the price increase. There was a lot of scheming that week to make up the extra funds needed.
