Clearly they are are all still probably in China. The Eindhoven is just the DHL hub they are expecting to arrive at....eventually. Bet they're still in the departure lounge at FoxConn. So "Dispatched" actually means "Ready to be Dispatched". My 13 BTO went dispatched 36 hours ago and still hasn't popped up anywhere on DHL tracking.

I got express too and it came automatically.. did you only get standard? Maybe it's your country that you are from?
i believe that apple only uses the following carriers to ship:
- UPS
- DHL Express
- TNT
so yeah, they don't ship using the normal "DHL".
I'm only at P4S for now but the order details state that it is delivered via standard shipping

Mine said the same. I think it is just what it says since that is apple's "standard" that they use. If you are dhl it should be dhl express
