I have two 13" 16/256 on order, delivery estimate 14-20 December, ordered on November 8th.

I have a discount applied to these but nevertheless still look around at what UK stores are offering, so just FYI, if anyone cares, Curry's/PCWorld have stock models which will deliver this month with £100 discount. Also, laptops direct have them also available this month, they specify November 29th, at £1629 for the base 13" TB model.

I too think the way Apple have 'not' dealt with the expectations of Europeans, despite delivery windows having not been missed as of yet, is poor PR and bad business.

I'm obviously late to the ordering process but I feel for the rest of you that placed your orders in all good faith that everything would be on an equal footing globally. Such as shame that lack of action by Apple essentially alienates existing and new potential customers and erodes 'good will' that may have been built up over many years.

Of course we'll all still buy and none of us will truly vote with out wallets and walk away, but a little bit of love is lost every time and one day that might turn into a divorce.

More fool anyone that takes their customer base for granted.

Good luck all.

Yeah man, that's exactly what I'm thinking and feeling.

// btw shipped yesterday with DHL expected delivery 25. November. Same Eindhoven thing

So the CS told me that UPS cannot fill up their cargo plane that's my macbook is stuck in shanghai since thursday...that's just BS.
I'm in exactly the same boat. Thanks for calling CS. I don't believe their answer though because not one MBP made it through.

I think if DHL work on Sundays, we can get our MacBook Pro on Monday for sure.

Interesting. That flight is going to LUX and then by road I guess to Amsterdam then to Eindhoven. The timings fit with when or shipment details changed so that could be it. Doubtful for Monday though.

Thanks for all of you looking out for DHL flights etc.
This makes my waiting time a little bit more funny.

Currently I'm really disappointed, because in every previous release Apple said: At this date you can get your awesome Apple product. And in fact it was there. Maybe with one day delay, but you had in hands.
But in my first Apple order (older products were bought secondhand) this mess happens to me. In some way it's ridiculous, because at the 27.11 I'm waiting exactly 1 month for my order.
Well I hope its here at monday, but this is also nearly one month.

I hope someone of you has talked again to DHL.
Maybe we can get some information.

Going by that my expected delivery date of 24th seems more likely with the shipment expecting arrival in Amsterdam on the 21st, the to make its way to Eindhoven and then to me in London.

Same situation for me. I asked the Apple Support and the guy estimated it might be shipped around Wednesday with a 5 working day delivery time... So around the 29th..
I so hope that they come this coming week. Am off to work first flight on out the 28th for 3 weeks. :-(

Pretty enticing, with the student discounter it's £1583 with a USB adapter at Apple vs the £1629 of LD. The difference here is I would get it a month earlier as my estimated delivery is Dec 28th - 29th... A month early for approx £55 more when you factor in the adapter is enticing...

My Prague arrival date is stil set for 21-Nov but the plane has already landed in Frankfurt this morning.
Are they not working Sundays? Otherwise I don't see a reason why the shipment couldn't be sent to Prague tonight and then on to final destination in Germany again...

CV6995 (Cargolux) would be the flight from Shanghai to Luxembourg.
This would mean that our macbooks should have already arrived Luxembourg since 06:35:
