MacBook Pro Late 2016 Replacement

    Is it weird that I still haven't seen any status change on my replacement order?

    The super small delivery window opens in a few days and it usually takes 3-4 days to transport it from China to Amsterdam, Netherlands where it will be handed over to DHL Express for the delivery to my home.

    I'm starting to think that this delivery won't arrive in the stated delivery window.

    Perfectly normal. DHL won't tell you anything until it's almost at your doorstep, which could be tomorrow or Tuesday.

    I have the same delivery window for my replacement ;)

    Old one was like this. You can see that DHL keeps quiet, until they suddenly do everything in a single day.

    New one still stuck at "shipment information received".

    Right.. so your replacement order status is shipped, correct?

    Mine is still processing. It's not even prepared for shipment yet.

    And of course I do not have a DHL Express tracking number yet.

    Nope, they approved my request to keep my old one until the new one arrives.

    By the way, the delivery date has been updated a few minutes ago:

    for mine they asked to return it. i bought it from german online store but now i was located to another country. And the telling to return it first. I told them i use it for my work but still *******s! :p

    I'm in this same boat. They wouldn't let me keep my last one until I received the new one. Anyway, my delivery window is Jan 13-17 and it is still processing. Considering they badly missed my first delivery window on my first machine, I am not holding out hope. This launch has been one of the worst I have dealt with and I am very upset with Apple at the moment.

    Woot mine went to PFS yesterday and shipped overnight! It will be in New York for delivery by Friday morning!!
